I have just found this site! Will this info about the Christmas stockings remain on line for some time??? It is a GREAT DEAL to PRINT at one time.

I will be calling soon to order fabric.

LOVE your site!!! Thanks for the patterns.

Thank you for the variety of 'stockings!' I am enjoying incorporating 'Charlie Brown' in the majority of my stockings. I so enjoy the "Charlie Brown Christmas Story" and wanted to share the story and stockings together with my seven grands.

hehe... maybe too many FUN things at once! Luckily the stockings are quick!

I've been sewing along - but now I'm behind - need to do July & August! But it will have to wait - I'm busy with my Mad Hatters Quilt!

I just stumbled across your site... I have just finished reading the 3rd book in Emilie's Shenandoah series (Lover's Knot). I went to the web site of our local library, to reserve the next book and found this site! I teach FCS grades 9 - 12 and hope to in some way include these quilt blocks in my classes. This could also make a great service project! I've just printed out all the patterns... Will your tutorials remain on this site? It will be helpful to use them, when teaching the kids.

Emilie Richards

Barb and everybody, it's a joy to have you quilting with us!

I read Sister's Choice and must say I am hooked... the previous series books are ordered! I am completing an extended vacation and as soon as I get home I will get to work on my first Advent Stocking block... I'm a beginner quilter but the patterns appear to be fairly easy - thanks for this excellent idea and certainly for the ease of moving throughout your website - I will be a frequent visitor. Barb

I know I'm a couple of months behind but I think I want to do this too. I am just finishing reading Endless Chain, and I am enjoying it so much! I have already read Touching Stars, and I have Sister's Choice sitting on my bedside table to read next. I got the March pattern from Emilie's website yesterday. Was Feb. the first one? I see where to get it! I am so excited, but I SO SHOULD NOT BE DOING THIS!! I am in the middle of too many projects already, but I need something different and fun!!

Can't wait to see your blocks Brenda!!

I am so excited to do this. I can't wait to get started. This is a wonderful idea.

Emilie Richards

Hey gang, hike on over to my block of the month page so you can get a start on your march block. And while you're resting from the hike, visit my blog to see a step by step demo. This quilting stuff? Not for sissies! See you there.
